Robs Genealogy
Murray Alexander COBB I seem to recall our great-uncle, Murray Cobb, was the son who gave the Judge the most trouble and embarrassment, particularly because of his love of horses and his racing ability. After many promises to the Judge that he would not race again, some friends would invariably come to the Probate Office and tell the Judge that Murray had just won another race at the Crossville track some eight miles away. Murray was a great rider, but ---- crime does not pay.1 He was born on 13 March 1863 at Alabama. He was the son of Alexander COBB and Priscilla Mildred MURRAY.
