     William PRICE was the son of William H. PRICE and Elizabeth DIXON. William PRICE was Became Captain of the "Florence Guards." He was killed in the Battle of Perryville, Kentucky, which took place on 8 October 1862.1 He died circa 8 October 1862 at Perryville, Kentucky.1
