Elizabeth WOODSON was born circa 1669/70 at Curles, Henrico County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Robert WOODSON and Elizabeth FERRIS.
Elizabeth WOODSON Elizabeth, born about 1670 at Curles in Henrico county, married William Lewis, who may have been a brother to Robert Woodson's first wife, Sarah Lewis. It is believed that Elizabeth died comparatively young, and that her widowed husband married again. In William and Mary Quarterly there is this statement. "There is a nuncupative will of William Lewis, who mentions his two sons William Lewis and Joseph I.ewis, and wife Adding, who was, perhaps his second wife." The names of these children are recorded in the fourth generation but farther than that the line has not been traced.1 Her married name was LEWIS.1
